That took you one tap.
No “what times work for you?” thread. No time-zone math. Nobody saw anyone's calendar. Here's how to make every meeting you set up work like that, and make sure it actually happens.
Free. About a minute. No card. Google or Outlook.
Why I built this
I'm Ash. I sell for a living, and I run a team that sells.
My team is really good. We booked 37 meetings from one conference. And we still had problems with no-shows. Then more of those meetings went nowhere, because the follow-up didn't go out while it was still warm.
Booking a meeting was never the hard part. Everything around it was: the back-and-forth to find a time, the person who quietly doesn't show, the good call that goes nowhere because nobody followed up.
So I built Held. It does the boring parts of meetings for you, so the meetings happen and something comes of them.
What it does for you
- 1Times that just work
A link that only shows when you're really free, in the other person's time zone. Your calendar stays private: people see open times, never what's on it.
- 2Send your times from anywhere
One click on the web or from your Mac's menu bar (iPhone and Messages coming soon). Someone says "Monday afternoon?" Pick Monday, pick Afternoon, send. They choose one and the invite goes out.
- 3Know in minutes when they're not coming
Connect Zoom and Held sees who joined. If they don't show, you know a few minutes in, and rebooking is one tap.
- 4Your day, wrapped at 5pm
Held reads your meetings and notes and hands you what each one needs: your to-dos, theirs, and the follow-up email ready to send. (Pro)
- 5When you both use Held, nobody picks
Your Helds find the first time you're both free and book it on both calendars. Can't make it? They move it.

Questions people ask
- Does Held see what's on my calendar?
- Held reads your calendar so it knows when you're busy. People you send a link to only ever see open times, never titles or who you're meeting. Your data is never sold or used for ads.
- I already use another scheduling tool.
- Keep it. Held works on every meeting on your calendar, whoever booked it, so it still catches no-shows and drafts follow-ups. Most people switch their link to Held once they've seen times show up in the other person's zone, but you don't have to.
- Is it actually free?
- Yes. Your link, your booking page, sending your times and no-show tracking are free, with no card and no trial clock. Pro is $5 a month if you want the follow-up drafts and the 5pm wrap-up.
- How long does setup take?
- About a minute. Connect Google or Outlook, Held suggests your hours from your calendar, and your link works.
- What about my team?
- Everyone gets their own link. When two of you meet someone, send times for both and the invite goes to everyone.
